The Guincho dunes and the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park are considered one of the most scenic riding areas in Portugal. The combination of Atlantic coastline, protected pinewoods and open dune landscape creates a unique backdrop that our riders consistently rate as unforgettable.
Our trail rides depart from the Centro Hípico da Quinta da Marinha and follow marked routes through privately maintained trails and natural park paths. The horses are well-accustomed to the terrain and are selected by temperament for each group.

Do I need riding experience for a trail ride?
No. The 30 and 60-minute rides are suitable for complete beginners. Our guides adapt the pace to the group.

Comfortable trousers, closed-toe shoes with a flat sole. We provide certified helmets at no charge.

Maximum 6 riders per guide for safety. Private rides for 1-2 people are available at the same price.
